Thank you for applying for one or more of our programs!
Please check and make sure you received a copy of your application in your email - if you didn't you may miss your invitation. Check spam and be sure to add [email protected] to your contacts.
In a few days look out for an email invite or waitlist notification.
The invite email will outline your program placement and fee. Please follow the instructions to secure your spot(s). You can also find your program below with links to complete the correct forms and payments.
OMFS uses an application and invitation process to ensure our programs fill evenly and with good group composition. Be sure you've received clear notice of your spot before completing payments and additional enrolment steps.
Before being considered fully enroled we need the following by a week before your child's program starts at the latest:
1. Payment:
We require full payment or deposit within a week of receiving your invitation to an OMFS program. Find payment page links & other payment options below.
2. Waiver:
A Participation Waiver for the current year must be completed for all persons participating in an OMFS program.
3. Info:
Your child's Health & Information Form must be on file and up to date.
Please note that Forest Families fill out a shortened Child Info Form from the rest of our drop-off programs as they will have a guardian with them.
4. Handbook:
Please read the Parent Handbook or Kindergarten Handbook to know what to expect and be sure you have everything ready so your child arrives prepared to have an amazing time in the forest!
Visit the OMFS Family Portal to view your invoices, payment history**, participation waiver and more coming soon!
**Payment history starts from Feb 2026 when we implemented new systems to help streamline the registration experience for families and our staff - so we can spend more time in the forest with the children!
Enter your email address below and our system will send you an update on your current registration status, forms, and balances for all active programs.
*Please note some updates are manual and, as we spend most of our time in the forest teaching, your info may not all be up-to-date.
