By enrolling your child in Oro-Medonte Forest School (OMFS) or using this website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Programs & Enrollment All participants must have a signed Liability Waiver and completed registration forms on file before attending. OMFS reserves the right to refuse enrollment or dismiss a student if it is in the best interest of the child’s safety or the community’s well-being.

2. Fees & Payments Payments are processed via Stripe. By registering, you authorize OMFS to charge the agreed-upon fees for your selected program.

3. Cancellations & Refunds Per our Parent Handbook, our general policy is no refunds for tuition or deposits. This allows us to maintain consistent staffing and resource allocation.

• Extenuating Circumstances: While we maintain a no-refund policy, we understand that life happens. You may contact us at [email protected] to discuss extreme circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.

• Weather: As a forest school, we play in most weather. However, OMFS reserves the right to cancel sessions due to extreme weather (e.g., high winds, extreme cold) for safety. Refunds are typically not issued for weather-related closures.

4. Code of Conduct We foster a community of respect. Users and parents are expected to engage with staff and the land in a respectful manner. Harassment or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

5. Third-Party Links Our site may link to external platforms (Seesaw, Stripe, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external sites.
