  • Please type month in letters. Example: 2021-JAN-01
  • Please enter which programs you wish to register your child *(your child will only be added to lists that match their age):
Spring session registration will open in November and February respectively.
  • Your timestamp for the first child will also apply to the second child in your family.
  • We ask the following questions in order to best place your child in a group that will suit their needs. In some cases, additional support may be required.

NOTE: Children MUST be independent with toileting to attend Forest School. OMFS Educators can assist/coach the children as needed.
  • At forest school we are outside all day with the exception of using the bathrooms and eating lunch indoors during inclement weather. Our indoor space is also used for thunderstorms and extreme heat/cold.
  • If your child requires 1:1 support, or is not yet independent with toileting please note that here. Please also include any life threatening allergies here.
If the answer is no, we will require that you do this prior to your registration being accepted. Handbook is available on the website.
